The system is comprehensively controlled by the IPC to achieve the system¡¯s mobile batching. The system can achieve the automatic control to the feeding, metering, dumping, blending according to the formulations of the friction materials. The IPC operation uses a Chinese menu and graphic display; the screen can dynamically display the location of mobile batching and weighing car and batching weight, monitoring whether the system is normal or not, the whole batching process visible on the screen of IPC. The system can record and type each batching result, daily report and monthly report. The computer can store over 1000formulas.The total number of the system¡¯s single batching material can be 50 kinds, measuring accuracy and batching efficiency is high.
